First Real Post!

Since my first post was just a test post, I decided to make my first real post about one of my favourite stores... Ikea and specifically their wall art. Ikea has some of the coolest posters and pictures out of any furniture store I have been to.

The first picture I picked is called BILD. It is a beautiful picture of a sunset over a lake with a mountain in the background. One reason I really like this picture is because how calm it is, it immediately helps me feel relaxed. The warm colours with the purple and blue coming from the water and the mountain really help to make this picture a little different from every other sunset picture you see. Usually it is only yellows, oranges, reds and pinks but by adding a few different colours it really makes this picture original. And for only $10.00 how can you go wrong?
My next art suggestion is VILSHULT. It is a beautiful picture of a London street. The whole picture is black and white except for a double decker bus that is red. Since the bus is red it is meant to be the main focus but if you look in the background you see many interesting things as well. I think that this picture is quite special because it is something different than what I usually see. Though it is a little more expensive than the last one it still is quite reasonable at $59.99.
My third choice is a PREMIÄR created by Skip Nall. It is a photograph of a rope bridge in a jungle, leading across a river. This picture can help to make any space calming and earthy. The fog in this picture makes it relaxing because the colours are soft and earthy. The bridge is the main focal point in the picture but when you look closely you see the tree, the river and the land. Though this picture is more expensive than the rest, $199.00 I think that it is beautiful and worth the money.

The last picture is another PREMIÄR picture, created by Tony Koukos. This picture is really something different, I have never seen anything like it before. It is of New York City but instead of just being a photograph like all of the other pieces of art work in this post, it looks like a painting. The original element of this picture is how everything is all bright and looks like it is lit up. One thing that I really love about this picture  is, if you look in the bottom right corner, and look at the taxt, it looks like something is reflecting off of it. This picture costs $199.00 but in my opinion it is definitely worth it.
So I hope that you like what I've shown you and that it was an okay first post!
